Reserving a Furnished Rental Home:

Review the homes listed and make note of your top three (3) choices, in preferential order. See the “Forms” tab to download the Reservation Request application. Complete the form in its entirety and email/fax to us!

During "Peak Season" (Jan, Feb, March), all rental requests of 3+ months will be filled first, followed by 2 month request. One month requests are granted if the remaining months have already been filled.

A "placing list" is compiled from the email requests through June & July. Lease agreements are mailed in August. Lease agreements are to be signed and returned with $1,000 security/hold deposit. This deposit "holds" the property for you and is non-refundable if you are unable to fulfill your lease obligation AND we are unable to find another tenant to satisfy your contractual agreement. This policy is in effect for the "Peak Season" months of January, February, and March.
