Our rental homes are classified as “Furnished” or “Un-Furnished”

Furnished rental homes include everything from linens, to dishes!

Lease terms: 1-6 months
Peak Months: January through March. Peak rates: $2,200 - $4,000 per month + city sales tax. Utilities included (long distance phone calls excluded)
Cleaning Fee $200
Deposit: $1000

Un-Furnished rental homes include appliances. Minimum lease term 4 months. Un-Furnished rates: $950 - $1800. Tenant responsible for all utilities.
Cleaning Fee $160
Deposit: $1000

To apply for an unfurnished rental property, please contact us to verify the home is still available. Upon verification, you may complete the online application process by clicking the "Apply Now" button found in the profile of the home you wish to rent.

Pets permitted by approval only - additional deposit(s) and cleaning charges apply.
All homes are Non-Smoking
Check in time: 11:00 am Check out: 9:00am
Tenants granted use of the community facilities for the duration of the lease terms. Additional usage fees apply for guests of tenants.

PebbleCreek is an Active Adult community with age restrictions. Occupancy by at least one person 55 years of age or older per unit, although occupants of a limited number of dwelling units may be younger. One person must be at least 40 years of age in each unit. No permanent resident under 19 years of age.
