Susan Fix

As a REALTOR and Property Management Specialist, Susan has been a top producer for Southwest Preferred Properties since 1999. After relocating to Arizona from Colorado in 1999, Susan partnered with her Mother, Paula Fix. Together, Susan and Paula have sold over 675 homes and manage 50+ rental homes.

Susan has a vast sales and rental portfolio having worked all phases of the Real Estate industry, representing Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Landlords.

Susan's Property Management specialty is luxury vacation and long term rental homes.

Carla Double

Carla has been a Realtor specializing in property management and real estate sales since 2005. Formerly with the Finance Department at Arizona Public Service, Carla is responsible for the accounting and booking of managed properties by Southwest Preferred Properties, Inc. Carla provides clients with the highest level of service to reach their investment real estate goals. Carla is co-owner of Southwest Preferred Properties, Inc.

Steve Double

Steve Double CRB, GRI-President/Designated Broker/Owner Southwest Preferred Properties, Inc., Former Property Manager and Realtor for the State of Arizona, Office of the Attorney General's Office for 22 years. Personally represents the Maricopa County Attorney's Office and Pinal County Attorney's Office managing and selling Court Ordered "Seized Assets". Former Branch Manager for Prudential Arizona Realty, Merrill Lynch Realty and Coldwell Banker in Phoenix, Arizona. Experience includes administrating and supervising all activities in the operation of a Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Firm. First licensed as Realtor in 1979.
